As a Certified Adizes Associate, Barry facilitates management consulting sessions and leadership seminars across North America. His specialty is in faith-based organizations and small to mid-sized companies. He began his professional career as an educator in Ontario, Canada following his graduation from Concordia University (Sir George Williams University) in Montreal in 1967.
In 1973, Barry and his wife Wendy began a career in the not-for-profit, faith-based sector. In 1984, working with Campus Crusade for Christ, they founded the Christian Embassy in Ottawa (A ministry to politicians and diplomats).
From 1999 to 2003 Barry coordinated the Power to Change media campaigns across Canada and in Ireland. Barry has also served as the Chief of Staff for the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources, within the Government of Canada in Ottawa and as the National Director of Youth for Christ, Canada.
Barry was first introduced to the Adizes Methodology in 1989 when he was tapped to be an In-Company Integrator, deploying the Adizes Methodology within his organization. Since then he has developed into a full associate, working with various organizations across multiple industries in North America. Barry also utilizes the Adizes principles in his responsibilities with the Government of Canada, Youth for Christ, Canada and Trinity Western University.
Barry and Wendy have four children and six grandchildren, and they reside in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada.
